Medium Crystal Malt Grain 1kg (uncrushed)

Adds full caramel flavour, sweetness and body to your brew. Use as part of a mashing recipe.

Light Dried Malt 1kg or 500g

The addition of a malt to your brew will give a better flavour. It will improve head retention, body and malt character of your favourite brew.

Dark Dried Malt 1kg or 500g

Dark dried malt extract will give your brew greater richness, body and improved head formation and retention. Perfect for darker beers.

Milk Stout Improver 1.5kg

Richer, lightly malted blend of brewing sugar adding flavour to IPAs, APAs, or any other amber coloured beer kits.

Speeds fermentation start. Improves “mouthfeel” & aids head formation & retention. Use in place of sugar or dextrose.

No.20 Brewblend 1kg

This is a neutral blend of glucose and corn syrup. Use it to give your beer kit a pure beer taste and creamy mouth-feel. Suggestion – make a Mexican lager with body blend for a smoother less watery beer.

Dextrose 1kg

Dextrose is used in place of regular sugar to avoid the sharp cider characters produced by using white sugar

Lactose 500g

Lactose is a disaccharide sugar derived from galactose and glucose. It is a non-fermentable sugar also known as milk sugar. Lactose adds residual sweetness to finished beer. Can be used when making a sweet stout.

Lactose can also be used as a natural sweetener in other beverages such as wine and cider.

Powdered Corn Syrup 500g and 1kg

Powdered corn syrup improves texture and mouthfeel. A bland flavoured filler used in beer making. Soluble, low sweetness and easily digestible.
